Don't Ever Skip Leg Day! Just don't do it. Remember, your butt is the top part of your legs, and everyone needs a good butt....
You can use any type of weight you want/have for the weighted lunges.. dumbbells, a kettlebell, a barbell plate, a sandbag, a rucksack, your baby....you get the idea.
